Key word is limited. It would be similar to what Envoy and SkyWest do for their cadet program. You get top seniority in your NEW HIRE CLASS (ie. first pick of base and aircraft in class) and you would start gaining benefits longevity. That’s it and that’s all. You would not be gaining actual seniority until day 1 of indoc.
If this "seniority" works the same way a Skywest cadet's does, it applies only to flight privileges and standby priority. It isn't a valid DOH which would apply to bidding for a line or a base.
