Wrong.
All new hires in a class have the same date of hire and overall relative company seniority, but Skywest cadet seniority applies to your seniority in your new hire class. So cadets are the most senior in their class (get first base choice and sim schedule) then everyone else in class based on last 4 SS# low to high. So cadets are more senior than non cadets in the same new hire class. Envoy is the same way.
