You wanna eat crew meals in your boxers and pocket the per diem, by all means you have that right, it is your money, but if it has to be part of your income for you to survive, you might not make enough INCOME.

It is all a personal choice what to do with the money that the company puts in your bank account, that is for sure, but I will never for the life of me understand why people punish themselves on the road when they are gone half their lives for work, and spending half their lives in hotel rooms. Use it, enjoy it.


Also, you wanna be anti-union, then go find another career, we don't need you.
Punish? I get 2 meals and a company paid meal for dinner or whenever I choose. No limit on what I get cost wise, just don't be stupid. We eat well on the road. Sorry you don't feel that way. Of course you won't read something you're afraid of. You might learn something or heaven forbid agree with something someone else said.
