Fear not the ASA dinossaurs... a good chunk of the Kalitta new hires are those guys. I’ve heard recently one of them who does not want to go to K4, 18+ years hire, speak of how quickly he is moving up the list thanks to K4.
Also... we need pilots. At this point IMO it’s better stay junior than lose those guys. . .
A number of them have also bid the 145, and they will incur a two year type lock.
