They can’t stay competitive when half of the CAs company wide are topped out on the pay scale. With median CA longevity above 17 years. The whole reason they are shrinking us. Can’t compete with street captains and 5 year CAs being senior at most other United Express carriers. What I say isn’t popular, but it’s reality.
