Assuming the employee uses the 7 PTO days the 7n7 is 12.3 days per month average and including 28 vacation days.
In the cc52 example I provided it works out to 10 days per month average.
We also get a week more of sick time than I did at NJA. For the person who desires maximum time off, they will work easily 50 days less a year than at NJA on the 7&7. The 52 is not available to everyone, and doesn't pay very much for those who hold it.
