Is the pay scale on APC still accurate? Can one still count on making 62k for. 7/7 schedule? It makes sense that the 76-day schedule would pay more, and 80k vs 60k is a big difference. When working the 76 day what would be the average rotation? I know it can slide and as I understand it’s a PBS style schedule but do you ever get only 1 or 2 days off at a time similar to the airlines? That right now is my biggest issue with 121 schedules. Any time off that is less than 3 days between trips feels like a waste, especially when it’s 4-6 on with only 2 off like a typical reserve schedule
The minimum days off are: 3 after 6 (or less) days on, 4 after 7, and 5 after 8. This obviously does not apply to the 7/7.
As to the pay, you would actually make a bit more than those tables. All new hires start on the CC72 pay for at least a couple months and have the ability to stay on it longer if they want. Then, overtime and holidays seem to add an average of 8-12% to total income. If the new contract goes through, that will likely go up a good bit for a new hire.
