The customer service number is on the top left on the first page of the claim form. I’ve never had a problem getting them on the line. I have had a couple of claims denied for no apparent reason. Both times I called, they resubmitted and were approved. Must be a random denial generator somewhere in the works.
Where are you sending it electronically? I didn’t even know that was an option. I’ve always just faxed it according to the directions on the claim form. A process firmly entrenched in the 80s.
