Crj here, double occupancy (bed replacing couch in common area) until end of ground, ftd onwards it was single.

I was dreading double occupancy but had a great roommate, it worked well to study for indoc and ground. Ended up bidding same sim as well. I know that's not the case for everyone, but there's a chance it won't be so bad.
