Did everything listed, but when I tabbed to "SEND<" and hit enter, I got "INVALID ACTION CODE".
There is no "DONE", only "SEND<". Where, exactly, does the cursor need to be placed?
I've started copy/pasting and e-mailing it to the CPO explaining I'd been trying but kept getting the INVALID ACTION CODE error. No idea what I've been doing wrong, but the CPO always gets it into the system for me somehow.
