I think there's 2 new hire classes right now that have no idea how to use DECS.
lol, that's how it was two years ago, so some things dont change. Pretty sure even the company knows that Quicktrade is the best resource and most will just go use it. Those who have been around prior to it may still use decs but that is only because they had to learn it so well.
