It will 100% impact your W2. NJA needs X number of hours flown per day. When everyone stops fatiguing, X number of hours are spread over a higher quantity of pilots. You don't think that out of the blue, there will just be hundreds of more hours per day flown, do you?
You are comparing the current workload to current fatigues. The math doesn't work if everyone stops fatiguing.
