First 321NEO is currently supposed to show up March of 2020. It will be a part of the 320 category. Pay rate is to be negotiated. That said, pretty easy to see where it will end up. Will be more than the current 321/739.....but not more than the 75/76. That’s only a $10 an hour window. That said I hope the union takes the opportunity to match the whole 320 category to the NEO pay rate.
