Actually you sound a lot like the FlexJet recruitment people. Come on over an make 200-350K a year and work 6 days a month.....we all know that’s BS.
Earlier in this thread, I laid out the math on how a 200K FO will be possible under the new TA. Especially after the pay scales start adjusting in a couple weeks, those on the 72 or 76 day schedule in a fleet that flies a fair amount will be hovering right around that mark. The flight pay and new longevity bonus, combined with COLA adjustments to the pay scale, will add up quickly.

In just two years, a 14-year FO on the CC76 schedule, regular (7-day) tour lengths, will see a base salary of $155,779. The longevity bonus at that time will be over $6,000, then add in standard overtime, holidays, and flight pay. Of course I'd rather see everyone upgrade before they get to that point, however, for those of us that will be topping the FO pay scale, 200K will be within reach (and will be topped on base pay alone by the time the contract becomes amendable). I'm not really wanting to do the CC76 schedule, but the numbers are what they are. I don't agree with Retractable on much, but in this case he is right.
