Yes. 200k SICs.

Hopefully by this time next year, many should have easily hit that goal. GLC, hands down easily. Small cabin, with a few extra days here and there.

But who doesn’t fly open time at an airline if they want to make extra money?

Only on this NetJets forum do former NetJets pilots call making a great wage a dirty thing instead of encouraging them on.

Okay Brah let’s try this another way.

At an airline a pilot can pick up time and he makes extra money. It’s his choice. He picks the days he picks the trip. He picks the pay he wants. His choice. At NJA it is not his choice. He can pick up extra days but it’s up to scheduling if he flys. He could get hot spare, no cash for that one. He could get hotel duty, no cash. Plane could break and he doesn’t get anything but his normal pay. It’s not up to the pilot if he exceeds 12.1 hours it’s up to the air boss and maybe the eBay lamp again to make extra money.

I have NEVER in 12 years at that plane ever exceeded 6 percent PT and holidays. Last 18 months were on the 76CC. I got a dozen ADP final paychecks to prove that fact.

Lastly if you think NjA is going to not change how it does business you are sadly mistaken. Everyone will go toward the mean of around 300 a year. The high workers will be reeled back as others that used to not fly as much pick up the time. Retractable got paid a lot because others didn’t work as hard, now they will chasing the bottom line his numbers will come toward the mean. Go ask the new ADO if you don’t believe me.
