You've gone from saying it's impossible to it's not impressive. If you keep moving the goal post, then you will always find yourself in the right. In fact, the only person trying to interject airline pay as a comparison here is you. The real question is, how does this contract improve earning potentials over what NJA pilots already have? If the pilot group finds it worthwhile, then the IBI will be ratified. If not, then no IBI, at least for now. I'm sure we can all agree that making progress against what one already has is the end goal in all bargaining, no?
