I totally hear where you are coming from here and I too have found it frustrating being behind non-employee standbys, especially when it is clear that they are travelling for leisure when I am trying to get to or from work. But then I think about how incensed I would be if I were a 20 or 30 year employee of the company, having gone through all the turmoil that they have, and my wife or kid got bumped off a flight by some new hire pilot.
