We hire 3 types....Horizon, Military and pilots who are not competetive enough to be hired at the major airlines.
And then there's the guy who got a call from FedEx with no internal recommendations, but can't crack the door at Alaska after years of trying. Or maybe you don't consider FedEx "major".
