On the SAPA forum, a pilot, who formerly worked in health insurance, produces and publishes some graphs every year and the CDHP is ahead of the PPO in 9 out of 10 scenarios. If I recall correctly, the PPO is only advantageous for a single person with a lot of prescriptions or something like that.
