We won't even touch the silly idea of a new hire making $100K first year. Not. Happening.
If a new hire sticks to the 76 day .... I think it could happen. Might be around 75k if they get off ioe quickly. 8 percent overtime and a holiday or two. 10 percent ibi pay. It might be pretty close.
But that is over 215 days of work for the year. Brutal.
