I never use separate Bid Groups, Clear Schedule and restart etc. I just look at individual trips (Monday/Tues trips >24 hrs. and put them on individual lines) What is the best resource to learn these things?

I think if you are really senior and can get the exact trips you want that is generally the best and safest way to bid. Most of that other stuff is for the guys who can not successfully pick specific trips.
