Airline interns eligible for this program are aviation university graduates who hold COM-ASMEL certificates and most likely are also CFIs.
If UPS doesn’t demonstrate that this is a viable path for interns to fly Browntails, potential interns will dry up...as will that small bit steady stream of new pilots to fly UPS-contracted feeder aircraft for AMF.
