For 2018, there were 3 classes in May and Oct. If you do the math, this is the way it works out. A year does not have exactly 4 weeks each month. 4x12=48 weeks. A year has 52 weeks.
Observant people will see after the August 2019 class of 0 there will be a 3 week jump rather than a 2 week gap. That shifts everything to the right.
