I don't understand why more workers aren't pushing for unionization - and I'm not just talking here, but overall. It seems clear that a unionized workplace has a better QOL and usually better pay than non-union places. But the percentages of unionized workers keep going down. But yet then people complain about stagnate wages and benefits.

1) Powerful forces are working hard to convince people that unions do nothing but take employees money and give it to Marxist protesters.
2) Politicians of a certain flavor are working even harder to limit unionization efforts at the state level.
Those are my guesses.
