Pick up some open time. Last month I picked up a two day worth 10 hours pay, 1.5x pay for open time and I got 15 hours of pay @ $24/hr for a first year f/o. Second year it goes to $34/hr. Best part about it? The first day was a 0.7 flight followed by a DH and then the entire second day CX due to MX issues and I DH'd home on two flights. So 15 hours pay for 0.7 flying and around 3.5 hours of DH time and 30 hours TAFB...
