Finally, and most painfully, go fly for a regional for a few months to a year. I won't lie, it is a painful experience, but when you and everyone else has X thousand hours, a Master's Degree, tons of real-world leadership experience, etc. etc., a 121 tour roughing it in the RJs for a while will set your app apart.
