I've never been so proud......However, a lot of this can't be blamed directly on Envoy, given hat we dont control our ticketing procedure or how we handle customer issues. We are under the iron thumb of the mother ship in lots of this.
Cancelations, while bad, are often the best thing to happen as well. Nothing like making your customers sit around for 12 hours while you wait for a small break in the weather, when you could have sent them on their way possibly getting on something else or at least resting, food etc.
Anyway, not great but not as much in our control as one might think.
