This is a long game of poker. Things take time. The airline needs to grow for it to remain viable. At some point they might realize that the pilots are an asset to the airline. Until then status quo. Nothing anyone can do. They will continue to throw money down a hole in training and have 50+ pilots a year leave. The pay and benefits package is not even close to industry average. They know that! As long as they can staff... It’s enough. When they try and grow this place by adding 6-10 planes a year which they keep talking about it will not happen loosing 50+ pilots a year. They probably would be more profitable if they paid better and were not wasting so much money in training costs.
