A person with 5100hr TT, 4100hr 121 Time, 900Hrs 121PIC, a college degree and no training failures can't even get an interview at anything above a regional. Atlas, ABX, Southern, Allegiant, Spirit, Frontier, JetBlue, Southwest and ATI wont even offer an interview. And all that after spending $$ on application review services and resume re-writes just make sure there wasn't some simple mistake that would get application denied.

So ya, no pilot shortage, just PR garbage to get highschool kids to get mom and dad to drop $$ on training (or if they pay for it themselves they get the distinct honor of student loan debt for the rest of their lives)
Patience, it will come.

Your TPIC is low for the bigs, TT a bit low as well for an RJ driver. Also as was mentioned you *typically* need something else on the resume to make you stand out... volunteer, civic responsibility, military, whatever. They look at ten resumes, one or two are going to have some bright shiny bullet that makes that person interesting.

If you're younger, the LCC/ACMI may be concerned that you'll bail for the bigs when you get some more time. I know plenty of regional FO's getting called for LCC's, so you probably have a little too much TPIC for them... they figure your FO's will stay longer. A lot of them are actually deliberately hiring older folks or those with black-marks. Try failing your next recurrent, that might get you a call (kidding, don't do that but I bet it would work if you did).
