That "newly formed entity" is none other than a clone of the "entity" which runs Commutair. President of Commutair runs it. And heaven knows that place has a reputation as a top notch industry leading great place to work.

Don't get me wrong, getting out from under Skywest is epic good news, but please don't assume the dumpster fire is over,
