Most of the interview prep services out there are solid. Cage, Emerald, Centerline, Charlie's operation, etc. are all good. It boils down to who you connect with and what you value.
I went with Cage since I'm in Denver & wanted easy access to face-to-face prep. Though I've been on both sides of the interview table I hadn't interviewed in over a decade so the personal aspect was invaluable to get me firing on all cylinders. If you think your interview game needs help I highly recommend in person prep as video/face time doesn't pick on all the nuances.
