No, once you are off IOE you can "request" a 7/7, but may be denied and kept on the Tng72. This does a couple things, mainly keeps you working more so the need for pilots is less. Once the next period bid is open you can bid a 7/7 and the odds of actually getting one are almost 100% in your favor.
