The joint working group lead to a LOA that places you on a 7/7 line after IOE. I have been told that the wording is such that the company could reverse this, but they have been honoring this. Everyone I know has gotten a 7/7 line after IOE if they wanted one. In my case, due to my seniority I assume, I was offered any line I wanted that was available for my fleet. This worked out as I didn't have to change lines in October when the flush bid goes into effect. Had I not gotten my number one line I would have had to change lines and the seams for this stink. However, this only happens once a year as the other bids are closed bids and only available lines from crewmembers changing achedules are available.

On another note with close bids, in fleets like the Lattitude that are growing, due to the increase in aircraft on a close bid, the company has to open more CC52 lines.
