This is about what I expected it to be. Anybody who thought it was going to be significantly higher than the SSP was being naïve. The SSP hovered between 65-70% and this will be the same. Delta's normal interview pass rate is around 75-80% but those applicants are pre-screened before getting the interview invite. Since our applicants are guaranteed an interview the pass rate will be lower.
