That’s the reason I love me some Spirit. I don’t want to “pull together” to get stuff done. I want to do my job and expect others to do theirs. If they don’t do their job, I’ll sit and enjoy my coffee. This isn’t the military, it’s a job. We are “labor” in management’s view and “labor” does their job and that’s it!
