You do know there is a difference between the 18 day training schedule and the CC72? I don’t know your exact circumstances, but I have worked with a lot of new hires and every one has been given a 7/7 line upon completion of IOE.
Everyone of us in my group who asked for 7/7 got it, including me. Some Latitude types are still waiting to start IOE after 8 weeks, my class only. I was lucky as well, paired with a TR Captain who was 7/7 during my IOE, so all I’ve known.
