At DAL we have no such provisions...you're free to put as many or as few as 3 days (NB) or 4 days (WB) reserve days in a row. I'm guessing this was needed back when we had a ton of 12-13 days trips. Those are mostly gone but there are still some on the 75/76 categories out west...as well as LOTS of 9 day trips on the 350. I like that you guys have he 30 hours rest requirement at home, but like you I would need the ability to waive it for PBS. Lots of guys use ultra long blocks as a bidding strategy to mostly ensure they get a few 30 hours breaks at home. For us WB guys long blocks can also be useful in getting a extra days off where we're relatively certain we can't be used. Also, it's a great thing for the guys who wish to play the rolling thunder game.
