Humidification and the lower pressurization schedule are great things to have. If you have friends on the 787 ask them how much better they feel after a flight. Passengers are noticing also and look for 787’s to book on.
My airline deadheads me a lot, and every time I can, I will rebook onto a 787. That humidity makes a huge difference on the transonceanic deadheads. Never been on an A350, but I’ll say the 787 is no match for 777s or 767s from a pax point of view.
