The only way a class is happening Spring of 2019 is if they found a bunch of airplanes somewhere that haven't been announced yet. Attrition alone isn't enough.
Management is serious about the reduced staffing model. It will succeed until it fails. Then the next hiring wave begins.
I'm sticking with late 2019.

Yes, but that is based on the idiotic staffing levels that the company thinks we can achieve. The hiring date truly comes down to the success of union negotiations on PBS. That is when we will know that actual staffing levels that can company can get away with.

Is the union actually negotiating? All I read is the Eric update, nothing from the union and it seems like the company is imposing not negotiating.
