Pick the best regional you can get through training the fastest and build time to get on with a major. 3 years at a regional is nothing in the real world. I picked Skywest for class date, training and flying time. Some you may not even see a airplane in 2019. Now you lost a year of experience. Best of luck things are changing all the time.
