What kind of bubble does this guy live in that he doesn’t know who flies for his company and who gets pass travel. If his ignorance doesn’t force him into retirement, maybe a heart attack will.
This happens entirely too often. When you say "I'm with PSA" and they respond with "PSA, we are PSA. PSA have existed in years." You know you're in for an earful.
Once had an AA guy come out of the jump seat he reserved and have me thrown out of my first class seat I was assigned and then up to the jump seat... Where I was lectured about asking for a ride... What the hell.
