You should be able to get ORF if you want it. Right now people are getting assigned ORF or DAY out of training. Reserve is usually 5 days on and 2 or 3 days off, repeat. With a 4 day off mixed in somewhere in the month. 11 days off total. If the reserve grid is green you should be able to move around some of your reserve days.
