But we are seeing more people ELECTING to not upgrade to avoid being a junior captain on reserve, and I simply wonder how the recruiters or interviewers at the major level are going to score that.
It can be a question as in why did you delay improving your qualifications when you had the chance. HR types are more into this type question than the pilot interviewer.
