If a group like SWA pilots, where labor and management have a working relationship are complaining about how reassignments are getting out of control, what do you think Pat Ryan is gonna do to you under any TA we vote in. I don’t care what the road show folks say, this reassignment language is a disaster. Coupled with PBS, prepare to work 20-30% more at the some of the industry’s lowest pay rates for next 8 years.

Also, you fail to recognize that it's not our job to introduce fixes to how the company recovers from an upset. And, Frontier crew scheduling does not use Sky-Solver software..they do it manually. Regardless, it's incumbent on the union to solve for issues relating to violating the pilot's original footprint..which they have done through highly punitive measures if the footprint mandate is violated.
