You’re helping them more than you’re helping yourself. We have precious little opportunity under the RLA to exert pressure. Every OT picked up is a lifeline they desperately require and a detriment to the pilot group as a whole.
If guys in green lanyards are picking OT why shouldn't the guys in yellow lanyards not follow their leaders?
