I'm not saying cpz is going to be around, I don't think they will be but who knows, but we have great pilots typed and qualified who have had the best performing crews of all dci carriers, we're mismanaged but what we do with the resources we've been given is incredible.
And the FLYING is not going away. And the aircraft are too new to be just parked in the desert. Nor are you going to be suddenly pushing 400 + pilots abruptly through the choked E-175 sims to get new type ratings.
