The 76 right seat was overmanned for all of last year. It is undermanned again, I suspect the company will flood the zone with new hires again to keep too many 75 FOs from moving up again.
In what scenario is this possible? The Vacancy is open for guys currently on property that can move as they wish as long as there’s a slot for them.
