I am aware of the current-day Crayola colored contract, but fast forward to Jan 1st 2020. This assignment is perfectly legal ( again, I hope I'm wrong)

I've had several conversations with CS in the last week and they were spouting off sections that haven't been implimented yet. They are ready for Jan 1, 2020 and we're now seeing some of the loopholes in our contract.
