I've had several conversations with CS in the last week and they were spouting off sections that haven't been implimented yet. They are ready for Jan 1, 2020 and we're now seeing some of the loopholes in our contract.

it is legal now and will be legal then, too. alpa was just telling you to look at the rap start and end times and make sure the company doesn't do something that is against the fsm now. the email wasn't saying that what they are doing violates the fsm or the contract. the email was poorly worded.
