The minimum guarantee is 75hours.
I believe the PBS system has the minimum set at 75 hours for the month. You may be able to change it, but probably get awarded a line with less than that. You can always trade trips after the award.
Captains are getting bonuses as well, just not nearly as large as the FO bonuses.
